Candidates complete a final assessment sheet in the form of multiple choice questions and a letter of attainment is issued on successful completion of the course
The Certificate Course

Made up of eight separate modules which include; selling, product issues and production methods, health & safety, quality issues and nutrition including micro and macro nutrients. The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health, Level 2 Award in Food Safety is included within this course. Health Notes Online
The Health Food Institute has arranged with Healthnotes Inc to enable students on the Certificate and Diploma course to have access to Healthnotes for a limited period for each module that they undertake. This will enable candidates to take advantage of the information available within the Healthnotes system to more completely study the module subject.
Access is limited to no more than four weeks for each module studied, so candidates must plan their access timing so as to enable them to complete the module while access is still available. Access is obtained by following the link www.healthnotes.info/hfilogin.cfm The link will then request a login code which will be provided by the HFI once your module documentation is completed correctly.
